How do I book a vending machine rental?

You can submit a booking request directly through our website’s rental page. Fill out the inquiry form with your event details, and we’ll confirm availability before sending a contract and invoice. Your booking is not secured until the signed agreement and deposit are received.

What’s included in the (base price) rental?
  • Machine rental for the duration of your event
  • Setup and breakdown by Nug&Carol Design
  • 36 stickers/tattoos of up to 4 of our existing designs (or a custom design)
  • Custom sign insert for front of vending machine
  • Free Travel within 20 miles of Knoxville,Tn
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Last-minute requests may be available for an additional rush fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before your event may receive a partial refund (deposit is non-refundable). Cancellations made less than 14 days before your event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What happens if the machine is damaged during my event?

You are responsible for the vending machine while it’s in your care. Any damages, missing parts, or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.

Can I customize the items inside the vending machine?

Yes! You can choose to stock the machine with our curated items or provide your own (subject to approval). Custom branding, labels, or capsule/flat inserts are available at an additional cost.
