Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 5 days after delivery about any problems you have with your order. Must be shipped back within 7 days after delivery and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note, customized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

If you get a customized design and receive your product misspelled - if it was my mistake then I will happily send you a replacement piece for the one that was misspelled at no cost to you. I make it a habit to copy and paste from whatever correspondence I have with my customer so please, please, please make sure you triple check your spelling and that everything is how you would like it. If you do not catch the error before shipment - I cannot refund or exchange the customized product.

Due to quick processing times I do not offer cancellations. Please feel free to reach out to me before purchase about any questions you may have.

 Custom & Personalized Orders

This includes:

  • Hand-painted items

  • Custom rugs

  • Personalized signs, fans, banners, cap toppers, buttons, etc.

I take great care with each custom piece and gladly correct mistakes if they are mine. If your customized item arrives misspelled or incorrect due to my error, I will happily send you a corrected replacement at no cost to you.

However, since I often copy and paste directly from our messages, please triple check your spelling, dates, and requested details before finalizing your order. If the mistake was approved or overlooked by the buyer before shipment, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges – Non-Custom Items

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom handmade items and ready-made paint kits.

  • Contact me within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received in original condition.


ARThouse Parties & GlimmerShots (Mobile Services)

Cancellations:

  • 100% refund if canceled 15+ days before the event

  • 50% refund if canceled 14 days before

  • No refunds if canceled 7 days prior

Rescheduling:
You may reschedule once up to 72 hours before your event based on availability.

Please refer to your signed contract for specific policies on our mobile services and parties.


Event Decor & Rentals

This includes decor and setups for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, and all rental items.

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit\retainer fee.

  • Full balance is due 14 days before the event.

  • If canceled 15+ days prior, only deposit/ retainer fee is forfeited.

  • Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund

  • Cancellations within 7 days: no refund

Rental items must be returned in original condition. Fees will apply for any damaged or missing pieces. Please refer to your signed contract for specific policies on our rental and decor services.


Shipping & Order Issues

I am not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves my hands. Please double-check your address at checkout—lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.


Cancellations

Due to quick processing times, I do not accept cancellations once your order is placed.
