Handmade with Love & Shipped by Me!
Nug&Carol Design is independently owned and operated — that means every item is lovingly packed and shipped by yours truly! I work hard to ship orders out in a timely manner Monday–Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Times
Because many of our items are made-to-order or custom-designed, processing times vary:

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. -
Custom Orders:
Ship within 1–3 business days after the stated turnaround time (typically 7–14 business days). Please refer to each product listing for custom turnaround details.
If there’s ever a delay on our end (especially during peak seasons), you’ll be notified right away.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times depend on your location and the method chosen at checkout. We use [USPS,UPS and FedEX] and provide tracking as soon as your item ships.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Rush or Priority Shipping: Available at checkout, when applicable
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your shipping speed. If you’re ordering for a gift or special event, please plan ahead and feel free to email me if you have a tight deadline — I’ll do my best to accommodate if it doesn’t interfere with other customer orders.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
Have a birthday, event, or celebration coming up? Please message me before placing your order so I can confirm whether I can meet your timeline. I’ll always be upfront and honest about what’s possible.
⚠️ Shipping Address & Responsibility
Please double-check your address at checkout — I am not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
Once your order is handed off to the delivery provider, I no longer have control over transit times or delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please reach out to the carrier directly and let me know if I can assist in any way.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can work on a solution together.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may be shipped separately depending on size, material, or processing time. You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each shipment when that happens.
